Terms of Service
1. Service
Product Publishing is a private-beta tool that helps invited users prepare, review, upload, and publish original product videos to TikTok accounts they are authorized to control.
2. Eligibility and authorization
Users must be eligible to use TikTok and must connect only accounts they own or are expressly authorized to manage. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and authorization credentials.
3. Content responsibility
Users must have all rights and permissions required for videos, images, music, product claims, captions, trademarks, and other submitted material. Users may not publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized content.
4. Publishing controls
Users must review the media, caption, visibility, and available interaction settings before publishing. TikTok may restrict, reject, process, moderate, or remove content under its own rules and systems.
5. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the service, bypass TikTok controls, automate abusive activity, interfere with security, upload malicious material, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or platform policies.
6. Beta availability
The service is provided for testing and may change, pause, or become unavailable. No specific reach, engagement, sales, processing time, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
7. Suspension
Access may be suspended when necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate misuse, or maintain service integrity.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect losses, platform decisions, lost reach, or user-submitted content.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the private beta evolves. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
